"We cannot recommend Fiona and Lee Elliott of Radway Equine Rehabilitation highly enough.  My daughter’s horse was diagnosed as having kissing spine. Part of our decision to go ahead and have our horse operated on was the peace of mind of being able to book him in to Radway for a weeks rehab after his operation. Their facilities, veterinary and handling care is second to none. Knowing that he was being professionally and lovingly looked after following his operation gave us peace of mind and confidence in his recovery. Having booked in for an initial week, he ended up staying there for 8 weeks, as we could see the how much he was improving and how strong he was getting and we knew we couldn’t do such a good job from home.  Fiona and Lee took him though all his rehab stages of walker, lunging and pole work as well as having all his various stretches twice or three times a day. Fiona and Lee were always available on the phone to talk through his progress and were always welcoming when we visited. He had his operation on 1st May 2014 and attended his first affiliated BE event just 3 months later (5th August). He looked and felt fantastic and he won! Without Fiona and Lee, we know we would have had a much bigger uphill struggle. We can’t thank you enough."

"Through the misfortune of my horse's tendon injury, I had the privilege to be a client of Fiona and Lee Elliott at Radway Equine Rehabilitation, during my horse's 5 month rehabilitation stay. Right from day one, my horse received the very best possible range of therapies to assist with his recovery.  He is a very individual and expressive horse, and his specific needs were understood and carefully managed to ensure that he established a consistent and regular routine.  The horse's detailed rehabilitation programme was systematically managed with every minor change in his injury and behaviour monitored, considered, and integrated into his programme.
As an owner, the communication from Fiona and Lee was absolutely excellent.  I received regular updates on my horse's progress, I was always welcomed when I visited him, and I always left with a clear understanding of his current situation and the next steps in his plan.  I was always encouraged to visit my horse at any time that I could.  When I visited my horse, I found that he was always clean, relaxed and content, his stable and rugs were always presented in a clean and orderly manner.  As an experienced Vet Fiona has the ability to provide owners with a thorough explanation of technical veterinary terminology, which, not only enables you to obtain a clear understanding, but as Fiona is so approachable you feel comfortable to ask her as many questions as you need to, for clarity and reassurance.

Should I need rehabilitation or therapy services in the future, quite honestly I would not consider sending my horse to anyone else.  I have no hesitation in recommending Radway Equine Rehabilitation, as their dedicated service can only be described as outstanding."

"The hydrotherapy spa, is in my opinion the most significant advancement in injury prevention and rehab in living memory. Its effect is incredible, I have seen improvement in both open wounds and less visible issues (tendon and ligament damage) that is really and truly amazing. I use the hydrotherapy spa on all my horses as a matter of routine, both after competition, strenuous exercise and obviously in the treatment of injury.

Fiona Elliott is a superb Equine vet, with a wealth of practical equine knowledge, she is involved with horses at the highest level. Both Fiona and Lee are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. I think the addition of the hydrotherapy spa to their already impressive facilities is going to prove an invaluable aid for those people bright enough to use it."
